Shiatsu

[Tamsin working on a mum, with a wee bit of assistance.]

The aim of these pages is to introduce you to Shiatsu, and tell you something about the courses I run, and how to get in touch to arrange individual sessions in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Shiatsu is a Japanese massage technique for promoting natural balance in your body.

I believe that Shiatsu massage can be of enormous benefit to people. If you live in the Edinburgh area and are interested in Shiatsu, you can find out more about individual sessions and courses that I offer.

Shiatsu is especially enjoyable and beneficial during pregnancy and labour. I also run shiatsu sessions for children and babies, in which a number of parents get together to practice shiatsu with their own babies or young children.
